If your order get cancel, please contact us. There will always be a reason why when your order get cancel in your email.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any clothing items that are not socks and underwears. Please make sure there are no tears, rips, or stains on the item you are returning, and kindly put everything back in the original bag.

Orders that are outside of U.S will approximately take around 10-12 business days to fully deivered.

Orders within the U.S will approximately take around 5-7 business days to fully delivered.

If it take longer than that, we are not responsible for the delay and please contact with the shipping carrier.

You are able to request the updated address within 12 hours that you placed. We won't be able to change it after 12 hours once it placed.

There will be import and duties fees for international shipping that would estimated to cost from $20-$35.
